Men & Women: Outstanding Books for Living True

By Laura Carrol

Need to explore a novel piece of the nonfiction book world? There is a whole category of nonfiction books out there about what it implies for males and females to live true. It includes books immediately about males and females, but also has themes associated with accomplishment in relations, social issues, psychology, religion and spirituality, living a green life and moreâ€"all in one way or another relating to the theme of "live true."

A favored nonfiction book review category is great books for women. A real example of a superb book is More: Population, Nature and What Women Want by Robert Engelman. Here is a review excerpt:

"More gives a beguiling perspective on historical, systematic, sociological, and cultural information that illustrate how population and perspectives have developed. After over 20 years of study and interviews, Engelman writes what ladies around the world think. To start, despite what their faith or male dominated culture might dictate, ladies want more control of their bodies and the quantity of youngsters they have. In brief, he examines how ?Mothers aren?t seeking more children, but more for their children.Another class has great nonfiction picks for men."

As an example, take The Good Men Project: Real Stories from the Front Lines of Modern Manhood. In this book, authors and entrepreneurs Tom Matlack, James Houghton and Larry Bean have put together over 30 essays by a wide range of men that have received masses of attention along with the concurrent video. From the internet site of the same name: The essays are by guysâ€""rich, poor, black, white, gay, straight, urban, rural, famous, ordinary all writing about the challenges, obstacles, triumphs, failures, and outlining moments they encounter."

These are only two superb classes in the unique realm of great nonfiction books for women and men about living true to themselves, others and the planet.
